What we supply

Three lines of service, offered to operators that hold a valid gaming licence in their market. Each line can be contracted on its own.

Game supply: Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger and Live European Roulette from the CyberbetX range, dealt by trained dealers and streamed in HD. Game rules, table limits and return-to-player figures are documented for each table and provided to operators and regulators on request.
Platform and integration: A single API for game launch, wallet and session handling; an operator back office with reporting and audit logs; language and currency options configured per operator.
Operations and support: Studio operation, dealer training and scheduling, streaming infrastructure, monitoring, and a support desk for operators. Incident and change procedures are documented.

Product names, certifications and technical specifications belong to CyberbetX and will be confirmed with the supplier before any commercial launch.

The classic punto banco table, dealt live.

How it is played: Two hands are dealt, Player and Banker. The hand closer to nine wins; a third card is drawn by fixed rules. Winning Banker bets pay a commission.
Betting positions: Player, Banker, Tie; side bets Player Pair and Banker Pair.
Operator controls: Table limits per bet type, dealing speed, languages and currencies, desktop and mobile layouts.

Dragon Tiger — table layout

One card each; the higher card wins.

How it is played: One card is dealt to Dragon and one to Tiger. The higher card wins; equal cards are a Tie. Rounds are short, which suits high-frequency play.
Betting positions: Dragon, Tiger, Tie; optional Suited Tie.
Operator controls: Table limits, round timing, languages and currencies.

Live European Roulette — table layout

Single-zero wheel, 37 pockets.

How it is played: The dealer spins the wheel and releases the ball; players bet on where it lands. Inside bets cover numbers and groups on the grid, outside bets cover colours, dozens, columns and halves.
Betting positions: Straight, split, street, corner, line; red or black, odd or even, 1–18 or 19–36, dozens, columns.
Operator controls: Table limits per bet type, spin timing, languages and currencies, racetrack and favourite-bet options.

FortuneStar's customers are businesses, not players. The table sets out the operator types we intend to work with, what they typically need and which of our service lines answers it.

Markets

We intend to work only in markets where online gaming is regulated and where the operator holds the licence that market requires. Market entry follows the licensing position of FortuneStar and of each operator; we do not list target countries until those positions are confirmed.

About FortuneStar

FortuneStar is a B2B gaming technology company. It does not offer gambling to the public and does not operate a consumer-facing casino. Its role is to supply games, platform and operational services to operators that hold the licence required in their market.

The company is preparing its licence application. This website is published so that regulators, prospective partners and the public can see the business it intends to conduct and the standards it intends to hold itself to.

Commitments

Licensed counterparties only: We supply only operators that can evidence a valid licence in their market, and we suspend supply where that licence lapses.
Responsible gaming: Our products are for adults of at least 18 years, or the legal age in the relevant market. We support operators' responsible-gaming tools, including deposit and loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
Game integrity: Rules, table limits and return-to-player figures are documented for every table and are open to independent testing by an accredited laboratory.
Anti-money-laundering cooperation: We cooperate with operators' and regulators' anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements, and keep the records needed to support them.
Data protection: Personal data is handled under the data protection law that applies to us and to each operator. What this website itself collects is set out in the Privacy Policy.
